Blake MacEwan specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation, Pre/Post- Natal, Hot Stone massage and can help people prepare for and recover from surgery. Believing that wellness starts from within each and every one, his goal as an RMT is to help residents of Newcastle and the Clarington area to live free of discomfort and pain.
He is able to relieve stress placed on joints by reducing muscle tension. Local circulation is improved, which allows for faster and more effective healing. Blake also helps to prolong the effects of Massage Therapy and prevent future injuries by providing home-care advice such as stretches and exercise. His approach to massage therapy emphasizes each individual's health potential.

Sabrina Roballo is a health and wellness advocate, graduating from the Massage Therapy Diploma program at Trillium College with Honours. She is really excited to be a part of the wonderful team of health care professionals at Brown & Brown, and looking forward to helping clients on their wellness journey with massage therapy.
In an effort to provide clients many options to promote healing and well-being within her practice, she also offers deep tissue massage, cupping, guasha, hot stone, and myofascial taping. She regularly attends educational workshops and certifications and absolutely enjoys continuous learning.
For the past 10 years Sabrina has worked in the fitness industry as as a Group Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) with a focus on functional exercise, mobility and condition-specific exercise programs for people with Parkinson’s Disease within the last four years. She also enjoys teaching T’ai Chi, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher, offering classes and workshops with the Municipality of Clarington.
Fun fact: Once upon a time, Sabrina was a Zumba instructor and held an annual dance-a-thon in Durham region for breast cancer raising over $20,000 with the help of our amazing community!
In her free time, Sabrina loves reading, practicing yoga at home, baking and spending time with her fur babies and family.
