Treatments are tailored to the unique needs of each individual client with thorough assessment and consideration of the client's wellness goals. She is experienced with TMJ, prenatal, spine conditions, sports injury and Parkinson's Disease.
Sabrina has 10 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher and a previously trained classical ballet dancer and teacher. For the past five years in the fitness industry, she has worked with people with Parkinson's Disease as a PWR! Moves Certified Instructor and Therapist, an evidence-based exercise program with the Parkinson's Wellness Recovery organization.
