Charlene Lewis Stephenson, RMT
Charlene has been practicing Massage Therapy for the past 23 years serving the Clarington community. After graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 1998 she was awarded with the Massage Therapy Program Faculty award. Charlene's passion for the healing arts and Massage Therapy has lead her to focus on a variety of acute and chronic soft tissue conditions, pregnancy and sports injuries with Swedish massage and Cupping techniques. Recently Charlene also has taught within the Massage Therapy program and continues to privately mentor graduates to complete their certification exams.
Born and raised in the small village of Orono, Charlene grew up figure skating and cross country skiing in the Orono Crown Lands inspiring her to stay fit and active. In July of 2018, Charlene completed a half Ironman triathlon lending lots of experience with the importance of healthcare and prevention of injury through soft tissue management.
When not at work, she enjoys going for walks in the Crown Lands with Bella the black lab and snowshoeing. Charlene loves spending time with her family playing card games and putting puzzles together.
Michael Fletcher, RMT
Michael is a graduate from the Fleming College massage therapy program. He has gained experience from the spa world as a body therapist and is transitioning to the clinical side as a Registered Massage Therapist. Michael is comfortable treating a variety of population groups including athletes, children, pre/postnatal, and older adults.
Originally from the rural town of Keene, Michael grew up playing hockey for the Otonabee Wolves where he fell in love with being a goaltender before transitioning to defense. He now resides in Bowmanville with his wife and two Australian Shepherds, Chloe and Jasper. When he isn’t hiking with his dogs, he enjoys watching hockey and football, playing golf and going to the gym.
Michael is very excited to work at the clinic and looks forward to meeting clients and helping them live a more comfortable life.
